Thank you for visiting the Myrtle Grove Animal Hospital website.
Our patients are seen by scheduled appointment. Emergencies during office hours are always accepted and will be assessed by an available doctor immediately. Unscheduled visits are always welcome, but will be accommodated around scheduled appointments and emergencies.
Please arrive for your appointment a few minutes early to fill out a New Client/Patient Form. You can also download a copy and bring in the completed form, along with the most current vaccination information and pertinent medical history from your previous veterinarian.
Payment is due at the time of service. For animals that require hospitalization, anesthetic procedures, surgery or boarding, a deposit will be collected at the time of admission. Payment options include:
- Cash
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover)
- Care Credit
