Though Emily is a native Californian, she has considered North Carolina her home since 1999. She has been a part of the Myrtle Grove family since September 2018. In her spare time, Emily enjoys dining out with friends, making pottery, taking early morning walks on the beach, and spending time with her kitty, Kiwi.

Deas is originally from Wilson, NC. She moved to Wilmington to attend school at UNCW. After graduation, she relocated to Orlando, FL for two years. She is very excited to be back home in Wilmington as of June 2019 with her dog (Chloe), three cats (Whiskers, Marble, and Lily), two rabbits (Boomer and Bonnie), two guinea pigs (Moonshine and Jameson), and two birds (Simon and Lola).

Customer Service Representative

Courtney is originally from Naples, Florida but has lived most of her life throughout North Carolina. She began working with Myrtle Grove Animal Hospital in October of 2020. Throughout high school and her first few years of college, she took various courses in human health sciences and biomedical sciences. Before she graduated high school she gained her CNA and Medication Aide licenses in the state of North Carolina. Currently, she is taking veterinary technician courses and has a projected graduation date of the fall of 2022. At home, she has 5 dogs and 2 cats of various sizes and personalities. In her free time, she enjoys reading, researching various topics that she finds intriguing, writing, spending time with her animals, and planning her future.
