Kennel Attendant

Allie started working at MGAH in July 2019. She grew up in West Jefferson, NC and is currently a junior at Ashley High School. She currently has a Golden Retriever, a Cocker Spaniel, and a Chihuahua, as well as three rabbits. She has been volunteering with New Hanover County Rabbit Rescue since 2016 and started volunteering with Adopt an Angel in 2018. She also got to partake in an internship last summer with Pleasure Island Sea Turtles! During her time off, she enjoys going to the beach and hanging out with friends and family.

Ruby, daughter of the Bolz doctors, started working at MGAH in the fall of 2017. She grew up in Wilmington and is currently a senior at Ashley High School. She currently has two dogs, three cats, and a very spoiled horse. During her time off, she enjoys riding her horse (Bravo), baking, and hanging out with friends.

Lea began working at MGAH in the fall of 2020. She was originally born in Caen, France but spent most of her childhood in the U.S. where she grew up in Greensboro, NC. She graduated from Western Guilford High School and is currently a sophomore at UNCW majoring in biology. Lea hopes to go to vet school in the future! A cat named Tinkerbell calls Lea her human but she has had many foster animals over the years who have a special place in her heart. In her free time, she enjoys baking, working out, and spending time with family and friends.
