Recently my vet that normally take my animals to closed due to Covid and will not be opening back up. My parents told me about Myrtle Grove animal Hospital. Unfortunately the first time I went to them was because my little girl was in poor health and we had to put her to sleep. The staff was more than patient with us and walked us through the process of everything we need to do. I wish I would’ve found them sooner, if that was the case my little girl might still be around. We now take our other dog my little boy to them. They are a animal hospital that actually cares about your loved ones.
A vet that cares about your pet and is reasonably priced compared to many others in town!
We had been loyal patients of another local practice for 10 years. Until recently we were always able to be seen within hours of a phone call. I understood with this Covid debacle, things would be different, but my baby’s skin allergies flared up and I had to wait a week before she could be seen, and then 3 days before I could get a refill on her prescriptions.(oh, and this was a Monday-Wednesday ordeal) I’m sorry, but in my humble opinion, this was totally unacceptable. So I called MGAH and within an hour and a half of my phone call, she was seen and treated! Thank you Dr Houlihan and staff!!!!!
I was very impressed with the service given yesterday at Molly’s visit. From checking in curbside to the phone call from Dr. Christian Bolz following the visit everything was top notch!
All the staff has been wonderful. Dr Colleen easy to talk with. She works great with dogs (pets) understands them and their “parents”. She was a blessing & so gentle doing what had to be done for Daisy’s care after the attack. I know the “adjustments” she made in Daisy’s care the week after Vet ER visit. The best therapeutic changes-considerate of what best & least stressful for Daisy (me too). The following week her wound healed remarkedly faster & more through than it was “B.C.P” (before Dr Colleen Peat). Daisy & I thank them from bottom of our hearts & highly recommend office and Dr Colleen
My Daughter was visiting & her dog was ill . We called on a Saturday at 10:30 & they agreed to fit her in as soon as we could get here . The staff was very professional & accommodating especially considering we were not existing patients . Dr Bolz was great & my Grand dog is doing just fine . I will recommend this practice to all my friends & will take my future pets here without hesitation .
Love our vet! Staff and doctors are all sweet. They make our appointments quick and they keep the wait time to a minimum, so I can get our anxious pup in and out!
Recently visited Myrtle Grove Animal Hospital for Dylan our toy yorkie for a check up before boarding. Great visit and Dylan was well looked after and then went on a tour of the facility. Very clean and a excellent staff to meet your needs. Highly recommend them for all your needs.
My husband and I recently had to say goodbye to our baby of 12.5 years. It was truly one of the hardest things we have gone though. The staff at MGAH were compassionate and thoughtful before, durnig and after. We highly recommend them to care for your pet.

Such a great place to take your loving pets I have been coming here for almost 10 years with my loving pets my little Roxie girl loves to come here to get her nails Dremeled and a bath she smells so pretty. The staff here, they are really awesome, they really care about your loved one and taking care of them. I love the curbside service that they offer now due to the Coronavirus. it would be great if they could, continue the curbside service after the coronavirus is lifted.
Drs Debbie and Christian and staff are amazing! We showed up with our dog who was struck by a vehicle and they saved his life. Friendly heartfelt staff, compassion, and massive call to action in an urgent time sets them apart and is well deserving of 5 stars!
